Exciting news! I have been invited to have a Woodwork For Women stand to represent women at the Timber and Working with Wood Show in Brisbane. I will be there demonstrating how to do basic woodwork and encouraging women to join me and have a go at handsawing and chiselling and also showing them how to use  powertools such as the drop saw, jig saw and electric drill. ~ Patt Gregory

Stan and DogIntroducing Stan Ceglinski
Since his start in the local timber industry in the early 70s, Stan has seen many changes. Technology vs. tradition, says Stan. But this man loves wood and sees it, not only as part of Australia's heritage, but as a magnificent and vital part of our daily lives. To become a true craftsman, he says a man must live in wood, listen to it, learn it, love it and understand it. For more info about Stan go to his website www.mullumbimbywoodworks.com.au
